  1. I haven't submitted a query directly to Garmin but their posts to others with similar issues suggests they think the problem is with Windows 10.
  2. Thanks for your reply Genuine Garmim cable is in use and all drivers have been updated. I followed your directions through to the Mass Storage prompt and replied accordingly however the Garmin still isn't recognized. I had no problems at all when running on Window 7
  3. Windows 10 does not recognize my Garmin 62s on USB connection. This topic is present on both Microsoft and Garmin forums ( for several Garmin models) however to date neither offers a solution that has worked. Has anyone experienced and solved a similar issue?
