hello i am trying to upload my mays from my explorist 400 and cannot,,can some one help..i have loaded the software in and still nothing

Only Magellan MapSend can send maps to your GPS. ExpertGPS can send
waypoints, routes, and tracks to your GPS, and can display your GPS
data over topo maps and aerial photos on your PC. The line-based
topo maps that MapSend can send to your GPS aren't very detailed,
and you'll have trouble getting a clear picture of your surroundings
because of the small screen size. Most ExpertGPS users print out a
paper topo map or aerial photo with UTM grid lines, and set their GPS
to display coordinates in UTM, WGS84 datum. This makes it very easy
to keep track of your position in the field.
