Have recently purchased a Garmin 76CX and am trying to load my old waypoints and routes from the Magellan EasyGPS file but am getting an error message that reads "This program received data it could not understand". Have double checked the setup in the Garmin and it shows "CONNECTED" and the same message when Garmin is using the Garmin serial data format, the NMEA IN/OUT and the TEXT OUT options. Could use a little help here as it's obvious I don't want to retype all the waypoints in the Garmin.
