Edit Coordinates

I new at this and I'm trying to add a geocache from Geocaching.com. I click on Add it brings up the Edit Waypoint box. I want to change the coordinates box to Degrees and Minutes and the help advice says "The Edit Coordinates dialog appears as part of any dialog that allows you to enter geographic coordinates. Select the coordinate format in the My Coordinate Formats dialog." However I don't see any place where I can make this change. Help please.

Click Edit/Preferences/My Coordinate Formats, Add, and add hddd mm.mmmmm coordinates.
